35p mos locations8/15/2023 ![]() Went to Goodfellow for 6 months, came back to the same office and continued in the same unit for another few years.įound out recently, if you are on your first reup, you have the option for a school. In my situation, I put in a 4187 for the school at Goodfellow, then re-enlisted "needs of the Army". Because there's so many Spanish speakers, there was no point. I was reclassing from 98H (Morse code) to 98G/35P for Spanish and branch told me I had to get a 2/2 or better on my own. With that DLAB AND those DLPT Scores, you really shouldn't be sent to DLI. One more question, do you guys know where 35P JA (Japanese) gets stationed at? OCONUS and CONUS Since I'm in the process of reclassification, can I actually choose the language to get in? Because I really want to go Korea, and I heard that I don't have to go to long language school if I'm proficient in that language and go straight to the SIGINT school. I know my DLAB will guide me to Category IV languages which include both of the languages I'm proficient at, as well as other opened language AE (Arabic right?). I have 141 DLAB and have 4/3+ on KP (Korean) and JA 3/3 on (Japanese). Since there are only particular languages are opened and others are closed, am I going to be selected for one of the opened language slots, right?ģ5P KP (Korean) is the language I want to get in. My question is, I've been hearing bunch of things about the selection for the language. ![]() This MOS is what I really wanted to reclassify into. Opened ones are (AE, AP, DG, FR, JN, KP, QB, RU, TA). Use the report button.įINALLY 35P's in/out call for some languages are opened. Do not answer n00b questions on the main boards.
